I'm a 48yr female. I have run for a few years on average around 5-7km per run. I have a slow pace 8:45 - 9:30/km (incl warm up, cool downs). My issue is that I am always running in heart rate zone 4 and 5. Is it that my settings are set wrong or my heart is not fit?

I am having trouble getting a new data field to the watch. Downloaded IQ, it is in the GC app, but I can’t get it to load. It is a running specific data data field. The video from G on how to manipulate the different fields on the watch seemed to skim over how this happens. Thanks!
