For Mandatory Training courses, select the Mandatory Training link in the left navigation bar of any page in the ALMS. You will be able to register, and launch, most Mandatory Training courses from here with one click, others with just a few more steps.
ATRRS is an online database that organizes training classes for all jobs and duties within the Army system. It determines what training programs meet the Army's goals and how many soldiers need to be recruited to fulfill the various job positions in the Army.
Users can register for self-paced courses. From the office, home or DTF, Soldiers and Army civilians will be able to meet their distributed learning needs 24/7. The ALMS provides: Storage of automated courseware and delivery of training content.
It's called the Distributed Leaders Course (DLC). According to email traffic, DLC will be located on ALMS. However, just as with the former SSDs, you cannot manually enroll in them, you are automatically enrolled when you meet the appropriate criteria.
Army Counterintelligence – Fort Leavenworth will provide TARP Training and Army Chief of Staff directed Insider Threat indicators (ALARACT 322/2009) training to units, activities and individuals within the Area of Responsibility when scheduled adequately in advance.
Leader's Safety and Occupational Health Course (LSC) LSC replaces the Commanders Safety Course (CSC), the Manager Safety Course and the Supervisor Safety Course and opened for enrollment in ATRRS beginning 1 October 2020.
Military correspondence courses and computer-based training, is provided through ATRRS Self-development or Army e-Learning (https://www.atrrs.army.mil/selfdevctr). Soldiers can browse all courses available for self-enrollment by selecting one school code at a time using the Advanced Search option.

The LS Portal shows a School House Course Listing. To see a course schedule, click the button under the bull's-eye then go to C3.
The Master Troop School Schedule has the dates for the 60 day mark when quotas are allocated to specific SQS to fill and the 45 day mark when the class window opens to all SQS under TX, SC 415, JBLM Troop School.
