You will be better prepared to manage CCS cases if you practice with the CCS software on the Sample Test Questions pageprior to taking the examination. Practice with CCS cases can have a positive impact on performance.
In some locations (eg, the office, the inpatient unit), there may be cases where a patient already has orders on the order sheet at the beginning of the case. In these situations, the existing orders will be displayed on the order sheet (eg, "oral contraceptive") with an order time of Day 1 @00:00.

However, the general consensus is that the CCS portion is worth from 25-30% of your total step 3 grade. This is a very significant portion of your grade, so you should not neglect the CCS portion of the USMLE Step 3. There are 13 CCS cases that you will have to complete on test day.
So to answer the question of whether UWorld is enough for Step 3? U World STEP 3 is more than enough to get a great score. Uworld do not score the CCS cases , it is more like a learning tool. Unfortunately there is not much resources that gives you a sense of the mistakes we make while we do the cases.
Most of the USMLE Step 3 exam (75 percent) consists of multiple choice questions, while the remaining 25 percent are clinical case simulations. A full description of the content of the exam can be found on the USMLE website.
Step 3 is a two-day examination. The first day of testing includes 232 multiple-choice items divided into 6 blocks of 38-39 items; 60 minutes are allotted for completion of each block of test items.
Generally, your USMLE® Step 3 score will have little effect on your future career in medicine unless you fail. Any score above 230 is good, and above 240 is considered excellent.

For those looking just for a short answer, you have 3 hours 30 min total time allotted just to complete the CCS Cases. You may not use the entire time (some cases will finish earlier than the allotted time if you have completed them successfully).
