Owned and operated by the City of Massillon, The Legends opened for play in 1995 and was one of the first all bent grass public golf courses in northeast Ohio.

Is 3 nines a good course?

A solid course for the money. 3 nines, and all a bit different. Not a country club by any means and gets lots of play but for a muni course, believe they do a nice job and would recommend.

Is the Greens course slow?

Greens were rather slow for time of the year and hot dry day. Didn’t mind the water hazards some blind shots. Overall worth the 50 commute to try at least once for the cost of the round.
