The basic route gives 174 agility experience per lap and requires 35 agility to use, giving roughly 5.8 exp per second. The advanced route gives 753.7 agility experience per lap and requires 90 agility to use.
The Advanced Barbarian Agility Course, or Extended Barbarian Agility Course, was released on 22 June 2009. It uses some obstacles from the basic course as well as some new obstacles. It requires much higher Agility and gives much faster experience than the basic course.
Just don't do Barb fishing for agility. I don't get it. You're not banking any food which you will regret later and not getting any marks of Grace which you will regret not having grateful for a while and miss out on a lot of much needed her exp. Barb fishing is a waste of time for Ironman imo
Just to add some numbers, barb fishing (5t) maxes out at 55k-60k/hr at 99. The catch rates scale linearly up to that point. If you’re not doing tick fishing, you’re best off doing fly fishing until 70 when barb fishing will be the highest xp/hr. Just don't do Barb fishing for agility.

The Gnome Stronghold Agility Course is the only good training option from level 1 to 10 and will earn a maximum of 8,000 experience per hour, with 86.5 experience per run.

Players can use the Ape Atoll Teleport spell to reach a location close to the course; this requires completion of the Recipe for Disaster subquest, Freeing King Awowogei. Players who have completed A Fairy Tale III - Battle at Ork's Rift can use fairy ring code CLR to teleport directly to the course.
Obtaining. The Graceful outfit can only be bought with marks of grace, which can only be obtained by running laps on Rooftop Agility Courses. Buying the entire set takes 260 Marks, which can be obtained as early as level 55~ Agility if the rooftop courses are done, except the Falador course.
This is the best experience per hour out of any Agility course up to level 90. If this course is started at level 60, it would take 814 complete laps to reach level 70. A perfect lap takes exactly 45 seconds, meaning that at maximum efficiency, the maximum amount of experience gained is 45,600 per hour.
Barbarian Assault On average, it takes most players around six to seven hours of grinding to earn enough points for this role. A lot of that grind has to do with the fact that many Old School Runescape players don't want to work around the role changes required to earn enough points in all four roles.

There are two ways of entering the dungeon, either just north of the city by slashing a spider web with an edged weapon or knife, or by having 82 Thieving and entering the dungeon just south of the bank.
The route taken to complete the course. The Ape Atoll Agility course was once considered by many as the best course to reach level 99 Agility. Indeed, when it was first released, it was the fastest experience from 70 to 99 Agility.
level 70The Ape Atoll Agility course is located near Marim, Ape Atoll. It is a higher level Agility course, requiring level 48 to use. Around 65 Agility is recommended so that the player fails fewer obstacles; at level 70, failure no longer occurs.
The medium ninja monkey greegree allows players to turn into an archer monkey on Ape Atoll and in the Ardougne Zoo. While in this form, the player may use the Agility course located on Ape Atoll. To make a ninja greegree, the player must take monkey bones from a Ninja Monkey and a Monkey Talisman to Zooknock.
