The longest, hardest walk of the year for PGA TOUR players, caddies and spectators is the Plantation Course at Kapalua. It stretches 7,411 yards and plays to a par of 73, but that's not the intimidating number. It's the change in elevation. From the 17th tee to the 2nd green is a drop of more than 800 feet.Jan 5, 2012

663 yardsAt 663 yards, the finishing hole at Kapalua Resort's Plantation Course is the second-longest on the PGA TOUR, trailing only the 667-yard 16th at Firestone South. Even with its length, the par-5 has been reachable in two shots for big hitters.Jan 12, 2015
This is a really enjoyable golf course, but it is not easy so bring some ammo. The greens are somewhat unique as the grain, which runs towards the Pacific, often impacts the line and speed of the putt. The large greens have quite a bit of undulation and they are a blast to play.Apr 21, 2010
The Plantation CourseThe Plantation Course is the site of the PGA TOUR's Sentry Tournament of Champions each January featuring an elite field of previous year's PGA TOUR winners. The field has included golf greats such as Tiger Woods, Vijay Singh, Justin Leonard, Ernie Els, Davis Love III and many more.
The initiation fee for individuals is $3,00 per year and $5,000 for year for couples. This fee is non-refundable and a one-time charge. Members must be 16 years and older. Monthly dues are $300 for individuals and $500 for couples.Jan 17, 2019

TY ManagementThese three holes play to a combined 1,691 yards for the tour professionals, with only the 18th (at 663 yards) being par-5. The Plantation Course and The Bay Course are owned by TY Management.
The Bay Course opened in 1975 and in that time has hosted over 20 major professional tournaments – the most of any neighbor island course in the state of Hawaii.
