Driver Awareness $85.00 4-hour Driver Awareness Meets the requirements for drivers 15 1/2 -16 to get a permit. You must be at least 15 ½ but not yet 18 at the time of the class to be eligible to attend. This program must be done in person at our Colorado Springs office. Alive at 25 is a dramatically successful driver awareness course for drivers aged 15 – 24 years. This course is 4 ½ hours in length and meets the Department of Revenue's criteria for a 15 ½ year old to obtain a driver's license permit in Colorado.
