Questions about Fall 2021 semester

So I see that the Fall semester there's different options if you want in-person or hybrid or online, is it possible to take all online? Does anyone know if there are certain classes that are in-person only? Also do you guys think they will change the options in the next couple months to make more classes in-person because I feel like a lot of people are starting to get the vaccine and I'm sure by the fall all probably 90% of students would probably have gotten the vaccine.
