Depending on what platform and provider you use for your CPE, it could cost $20 per hour on up to $125 per hour.
I left off the CPE because most states don’t require this for the first year. It’s also an ongoing cost of maintaining your license just like the license renew fees.
This varies by state by is usually between $50 – $200. This is the fee that you pay to your state board in order to apply to take the exam. It’s only a one time fee, but you might end up paying it more than once if your application is rejected the first time or you let your authorization to test notice (ATT) expire.
You can figure that it will cost at least $1,000 per year for continuing education.
Mobilizing the team to construct the course can cost anywhere from $10,000, requiring minimal work up to $100,000 for an elite course.
Laying out the course and staking the perimeter of the fairways, rough, and green could set you back as much as $150,000 for a pristine course.
A golf course allows you to spend some time in the open but requires you to protect the vast amounts of grass and dirt from washing away.
Clearing and grubbing include the removal of existing structures, trees, and other obstructions that may influence the construction of the golf course. This can cost upwards of $250,000.
The amount and type of soil to be cleared or moved will determine the cost of the topsoil strip and earth moving.
Should your golf course be built on a rocky surface, it may require some blasting to remove the rocks and open the soil to plant grass and shape the fairways and greens.
This is one of the big-ticket items on your list. Depending on the amount of soil to be relocated and shaped, it can easily come to close to $1.5 million.

One wouldn't think that books for church membership could cost thousands of dollars, but Remini explained that there are 12 basic books in Scientology, and the package costs about $4,000. And a member will often have to buy the books multiple times whenever Scientology says they've been updated.
Kahn had to repeat "The Bridge" herself, but she became fed up with the constant pressure to pay more exorbitant fees. At one point, she alleged a fellow Scientologist charged her credit card without her knowing and said he did it because he needed to meet his financial goal for the church.
Remini claims she spent "millions" during her 35 years with the church.
Scientology members allegedly followed her to the street, but she knew they wouldn't continue past the street because they didn't want to create a public scene. In the end, her husband, who claims he was being pressured to divorce her, left Scientology, too.

These expensive auditing sessions can last a minimum of two and a half hours each, Remini said. They involve an auditor who listens and helps members “find and handle areas of distress.”. It's done with what's called an "E-meter," which measures electrical activity on a human being's skin.
They have two adult children, one of whom — the youngest, Sammy — has allegedly disconnected from them, and they say they haven't seen him in about three years. Sammy, however, told producers that his decision to disconnect from his family wasn't the result of Scientology pressure.
