The Blue Ridge Mountains form a breathtaking backdrop to Locust Hill. These mountains are first experienced as majestic rolling hills while you approach Locust Hill from any direction. The Blue Ridge Mountains have a mystique all their own. On even the clearest of days you may notice a bluish-gray haze along their tops.
But, almost upstaging our beautiful and challenging golf course, is its environment. The Blue Ridge Mountains form a breathtaking backdrop to Locust Hill. These mountains are first experienced as majestic rolling hills while you approach Locust Hill from any direction. The Blue Ridge Mountains have a mystique all their own. On even the clearest of days you may notice a bluish-gray haze along their tops. Folklore has it, this is a residual effect from the Civil War.

Members may reserve tee times up to 14 days in advance. Tee times may be limited due to tournaments and/or other special events. Memberships are non-refundable & non-transferable and expire December 31st in the year of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Merchandise discount applies only to regular price items.

The course rating is 73.5 and it has a slope rating of 128 on Rye grass. Designed by Ault, Clark & Associates, the Locust Hill golf course opened in 1991.
