We highly recommend that you take the time to practice with each of the handguns you wish to have on your CCW. We will be using the standard B-27 target. There are 3 phases of fire. 3, 7 & 10 yards. At 10 yards or 30 feet, the target will be very small visually. You will have to shoot 10 total rounds with a mandatory reload.
Additionally, the concealed carry distance qualification is performed at 3, 5, and 7 yards using a B-27 target. It’s worth noting that students are allowed to use two hands for each exercise. One round is fired from the 3 yard distance within 3 seconds.
