Repeated course: In accordance with Wake Tech policy, a student is permitted to repeat any course twice. The last grade earned is calculated in the GPA. For financial aid purposes, the previous hours attempted and earned will continue to be counted in the student's cumulative hours attempted and earned.
2.0Wake Tech requires all students to make satisfactory academic progress, defined as a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.0, based on credit hours attempted.
When you withdraw or fail a class, you are not completing it. Therefore, it calculates your cumulative completion rate negatively. Students must maintain a 2.0 cumulative GPA.
