If you fail the test an email will be sent within 2 weeks of the Level 1 Trainer Course. This email will include a summary of your performance on the test and recommended areas of study to assist in future test attempts.

$1,000Level 1 CrossFit certification means that you attended the two-day L1 course and passed the test. It costs $1,000 to take the course and you must be at least 17 years old. Originally Answered: What is Capgemini training period process ? Training period can be anything between 15-45 days. If it is 45 days then first 30 days it will be on programming knowledge (like Java,SQL). After that 10-15 days training will be on your domain(like-Insurance,Banking,SAP,Database).
Having your L1 will also open doors within your own CrossFit community. As a L1 certified trainer, you can volunteer as a judge at competitions (though not all, many competitions require judges to be L1 certified) and participate in other local events.
Word-of-mouth marketing of CrossFit training is not permitted without first becoming an affiliate. As a CrossFit L1 Trainer, you may use the CrossFit methodology and you may train people on your own, but only affiliation entitles you to use the CrossFit trademark to describe your own programming, even by word-of mouth.

Instructors – I was extremely impressed by all four instructors. Shoutouts to Austin Begiebing , Katie Hogan , Dustin Virgil, and Myles Lewis. They all had great presence, command of the material, were professional yet approachable and in my opinion made the experience so much better.
Time spent practicing ‘coaching’ and spotting movement faults/making corrections – as much time as we did spend moving, I couldn’t help but look back and wonder if it was really enough instruction to be called a ‘coach’. It’s true that we all have to start somewhere.
Overall I had a very positive experience. My criticisms are minor and certainly wouldn’t prevent me from recommending the course to those interested. I did pass the exam and will get my certificate in a few weeks, but regardless of the piece of paper I feel like it was time and money well spent.
I have been doing CrossFit for about 10 years or so.: recently got a regular gym membership for pool access for my kid and family. While there I went to workout and I was lost…. Didn’t even feel right to be there lifting and taking breaks then more lift….

I was able to do double unders in the WOD for the first time today. I’ve been working up to stringing them together in the conditioning for a couple years and I finally did it. Feeling so happy and didn’t know where else to share!
I don’t know if anyone will be able to answer this but why is there such an overlap between CrossFit and religion? Like every athlete Instagram bio has a shoutout to Jesus and a lot of the athletes talk about god/prayer in YouTube videos or interviews.
