Greens are super dry, don’t hold half the approach shots and do not roll true due to being bumpy. This course does have a great layout and some very scenic views. Most greens are well guarded by bunkers or water and have nice contours to them. Definitely has the potential to compete with some of the areas elite courses down the road if it was well kept up with.
