You can expect to collect on average 15 marks of grace per hour. Some players will do this course until 60 Agility, when they can access the Seers' Village Rooftop Course, and because at level 60, the grace mark drop rate is decreased by 80% .
The Seers' Village Rooftop Agility Course is available to players with an Agility level of 60. It can be started by climbing up the wall near the entrance of Seer's Village bank and is finished by jumping off the roof of the church, by the Yew trees. Players gain 570 experience in total per completed lap of the course.
During tests, the rate of marks seemed to increase slightly towards the end of the session, indicating that time spent on the course might increase the spawn rate after a certain time spent. From these results, we can see that, on average, the baseline rate of marks on the Seers' course is one mark every five laps.

A perfect lap takes 73 ticks, or 43.8 seconds (~37 seconds with Seers bank teleport), meaning that at maximum efficiency, the maximum amount of experience gained is 46,600 per hour, or 56,000 per hour with Seers bank teleport.
Levels 60-90 – Seers' Village Agility Course Players stop failing this course at 79 Agility. From level 80 onwards, it is possible to achieve experience rate up to 60,000 experience per hour, if one consistently performs perfect laps and teleports to Seers' bank immediately after finishing the lap.
Obtaining. The Graceful outfit can only be bought with marks of grace, which can only be obtained by running laps on Rooftop Agility Courses. Buying the entire set takes 260 Marks, which can be obtained as early as level 55~ Agility if the rooftop courses are done, except the Falador course.
Although these can vary slightly, we've made a list of how many marks of Grace per hour as well as XP per hour you can expect from doing each course: Draynor Village Agility Course: 12 marks of Grace per hour + 10k XP per hour (starts at level 10)
The Seers ring is one of the four Fremennik rings, and is dropped by the Dagannoth Prime in the Waterbirth Island Dungeon. It can be imbued using 650,000 Nightmare Zone reward points or 260 Soul Wars Zeal Tokens, which doubles its bonuses.
After completing the Kandarin Hard tasks, you may switch the location of the teleport to Seer's bank by right-clicking the spell and choosing Toggle-location.
Obtaining marks of grace Marks of grace are obtained randomly while traversing obstacles on Rooftop courses. Higher level courses have a greater chance of spawning marks.
Completing the easy, medium and hard Kandarin Diary increases the chance of receiving marks of grace during the Seers' Village Rooftop Course by 5%, 10% and 15%, respectively. Completing the elite Ardougne Diary increases the chance of receiving marks of grace during the Ardougne Rooftop Course by 25%.

The Hallowed Sepulchre offers the fastest experience from level 52 onwards. This method is a lot harder compared to other training methods, and it requires good concentration and timing. The activity becomes highly profitable at level 92, as this allows players to loot the Grand Hallowed Coffin on the final floor, where the ring of endurance can be obtained.
Marks of grace can be obtained while training on any of the Rooftop Agility Courses. These can be used to purchase the pieces of the graceful outfit, recolour existing pieces of the graceful outfit or purchase amylase crystals and sell them for profit. Pick up the marks as soon as you see them, as they disappear after 10 minutes if not picked up. The Ardougne Rooftop Course is an exception to this however, as the marks can only spawn in one spot and will stack. The drop rate of marks on any rooftop course will significantly decrease (by 80%) when you reach 20 Agility levels higher than the requirement of that rooftop course. Any boost to the drop rate, such as the reward for completion of the Hard Kandarin Diary, is applied after the 80% reduction.
The Ardougne Rooftop Course offers a profitable and a less click-intensive training option from level 90 onwards. This course also has the highest spawn rate of marks of grace, which is increased by 25% after completion of the elite tier of the Ardougne Diary. With the elite diary completed and at maximum experience rates, players can expect around 22.5 marks of grace per hour, making the hourly profit 218,700 coins.
Players can gain up to 52,600 experience per hour, although players are more likely to see rates of around 45,000–50,000 experience per hour including fails.
Training on this course yields up to 13,200 experience per hour, each lap yielding 238 experience. It will take 99 laps to get from level 30 to 40, including fails.
Training on the Draynor Village Rooftop Course yields up to 9,000 experience per hour, each lap yielding 120 experience. It takes approximately 28 laps to reach level 20.
This means that training from 60 to 70 will require 10-11 hours of relatively concentrated training.
This makes it the only Agility course that can be visited without the required Ag ility level, though players are unable to finish the course if reaching the roof from the ladder (you must start from the bank).
They are player-designed content authored by BigRedJapan, who can be seen at most of the courses as an NPC waving to the player as they finish a lap. There are nine courses in total, each requiring 10 more Agility levels than the last. The agility requirement is boostable.
Whilst training Agility within these courses , there is a chance of finding a mark of grace. These marks spawn anywhere in the course, so the player must keep an open eye if they are to spot them. These tokens can be taken to Grace, a merchant at the Rogues' Den, and can be exchanged for a set of graceful clothing that reduces your weight when you wear it. Grace also sells the Amylase pack which contains 100 Amylase crystals - a herblore secondary required in the making of Stamina potions at 77 herblore. The tokens are spawned randomly for each player on the course that they're using. Higher-level courses have a greater chance of spawning marks than lower-level courses. If your agility level is 20 or more levels higher than the requirement for the course you will get marks at 20% of the normal rate.
Although the spawning of marks on the rooftop courses is randomly timed, the positions are consistent within each course:
I’m tired of little work around solutions like storing seeds at the farming guild and clothing at my house. We continue to create items (new raid stuff, quest items, etc) yet are not creating any more storage,

However, 49 Agility is required to pass the pipe obstacle, requiring occasional re-boosting if below. This course awards a total of 571.4 experience per lap.
If you plan to get 99 fishing at any point it is highly recommended to do Barbarian Fishing as soon as possible, as it would save at least 24 hours of agility training from level 31-74, and allow you to skip right to the Seer's Village course, one of the best agility courses in the game.
Barbarian Fishing, besides giving Fishing experience, also grants small amounts of Agility (and Strength) experience. Level 15 Agility is required to catch leaping trout, level 30 to catch leaping salmon and level 45 to catch leaping sturgeon. Levelling Fishing from 58 to 99 by Barbarian Fishing would elevate a level 31 Agility to 74. At level 55, the Werewolf Agility Course becomes the fastest experience to level 99 Agility in the game, with xp rates in the 60,000s of experience per hour at low level, and 67,000-68,000 experience per hour at high level (and over 71,000 experience per hour when the Agility Boss the player turns the stick into at the end of the course is trapped in place by another account).
It is highly recommended that players who intend to train Agility to higher levels complete the hard task set before training on this course, as the normal experience rate without completion of the task set is only 46,600 experience per hour at best. The extra marks of grace that you will receive from completing the task set more than covers the cost of the law runes to teleport. Additionally, when using teleports you won't need any energy potions during this course.
Two four-dose energy potions should suffice to ensure that your run energy is never fully depleted, if training from level 1 to 10 Agility. It takes approximately 14 laps to reach level 10.
Completing the following quests in order will net you enough experience to jump directly to level 32 Agility: Recruitment Drive, The Tourist Trap (use your reward tomes on Agility), and The Grand Tree. This is highly recommended if your account type is able to complete the quests.
The fastest way to the Wilderness course is to pull the lever in Edgeville or Ardougne to reach the Deserted Keep. Run east past Mage Bank to reach the course. Remember to bring a Knife or weapon to slash the webs.
Don’t care about Marks of Grace? At level 47, you can use Summer Pies to boost your level enough to use the Wilderness course. You can use the course without Summer Pies starting at level 52. This will be better xp/hr than the Canifis course, but offers no Marks of Grace at all.
Varrock is the next stop in our Agility training. We’ll be using this course from levels 30 to 40, or 32 to 40 if you chose to do the recommend quests mentioned in the beginning. This course is fairly long, but simple. If you have over 20 Hitpoints, you won’t need to bring any food items along with you.
The next tier of Rooftop course is located in Al Kharid. Some players opt to continue using the Draynor Rooftop course until 30, because this one is roughly the same xp/hr without Energy Potions. You’ll receive a very slight boost in xp rates if using potions, but only about ~350 more per hour.
Starting at level 10, it will take you about 28 laps to reach level 20 Agility. Each complete lap rewards you with 120 experience.
Starting with 0 experience, it will take you about 14 laps to reach level 10 Agility. If you find yourself low on run energy while running laps, consider bringing a few 4 dose energy potions.
The Seers Village rooftop course starts at the Seers village bank. You can easily get in seers village by teleporting to Camelot.
Amylase packs are often used to make money with the agility skill. For every 10 marks of grace, you will receive 100 amylase crystals . Amylase is an ingredient to make stamina potions and thus worth quite a bit. You can sell them at the grand exchange for 1300 coins each. This means that for every 10 marks of grace, you make 130K. Some rooftop agility courses such as Canifis and Ardougne give you up to 20 marks of grace an hour so you will be making around 260K profit per hour while training Agility.
The agility cape can be used as a substitute for the graceful cape, granting you a -4kg weight reduction and 3% faster run energy restore. You do not lose the graceful set effects while using an agility cape instead of a graceful cape.
For those that don’t want to quest through the lower levels, you can get to 20 agility at the gnome stronghold in around 30 minutes. Once you hit 10 agility you can switch to the draynor village rooftop but I usually don’t bother as it’s the same amount of experience per hour.
Players who have access to the Priffdinas area can use the priffdinas agility course from levels 75 all the way to 99. Priffdinas is a great alternative to the rooftop courses or even the hallowed sepulchre as you get very nice experience rates of up to 66K exp per hour.
Your run energy increases by 5 to 10% for every 7 agility levels you get. Once you reach level 50 agility you already recover energy twice as fast as when you did at level 1.
To exchange marks of grace for graceful outfit pieces or Amylase packs, you need to visit Grace at the rogues den in Burthorpe.
