It is preceded by the Varrock Rooftop Course and followed by the Falador Rooftop Course . The Canifis Rooftop Agility Course can be started by climbing the Tall Tree just north of the bank and is finished by jumping off the north side of the bank.
Starting at level 60, it will take you about 8,900 laps to reach level 90 Agility, or 814 laps to level 70. Each complete lap rewards you with 570 experience.
The Canifis course between levels 40-60 offers some of the fastest Marks of Grace possible. If your goal is to achieve full Graceful, I’d recommend that you stick here for these levels. Don’t care about Marks of Grace? At level 47, you can use Summer Pies to boost your level enough to use the Wilderness course.
(Although an average of 14.5k xp/h is normal when levelling from 40-50, as failing obstacles is not uncommon). Additionally, due to the short distance between obstacles, it is possible to completely fill one's run energy while maneuvering the course. There are 2 failable obstacles in this agility course.
The course requires level 52 to start, but you can use Summer Pies to give you a +5 Agility boost temporarily to begin training earlier. Starting at level 47, it will take you about 348 laps to reach level 60 Agility. Each complete lap rewards you with 571.4 experience.
It will also take 257 laps from 40-50. The Canifis Rooftop Course is the best rooftop course to get Marks of Grace, as it is the quickest to get between each individual obstacle, for how many gaps there are....Changes.DateChanges12 December 2013 (update)The random lump of cellar wall has been removed from Canifis.Mar 31, 2022
The Canifis Agility Course provides excellent experience for this level of Agility; maximum experience rate is about 19,000 experience per hour but you will average around 16,000 per hour with some fails. Each lap gives 240 Agility experience.
Failing an obstacle will inflict up to 8 points of damage. It is recommended to have some food stored in the bank here in case you repeatedly fail obstacles. It's possible to fail either jump repeatedly even at 59 Agility.
The Graceful outfit can only be bought with marks of grace, which can only be obtained by running laps on Rooftop Agility Courses. Buying the entire set takes 260 Marks, which can be obtained as early as level 55~ Agility if the rooftop courses are done, except the Falador course.

It is recommended to boost the Agility level by using summer pies or agility potions to train on a higher-level course earlier than it is available. Low-level players are advised to bring food to heal themselves.
The main way to gain experience in Agility is for the player to complete an agility course. Agility courses are loops of simple obstacles. The themes and levels required to use a training course are highly varied.
Agility: Agility is a doozy, and will take you about 200 hours to get all the way from level 1 – 99. Getting to level 99 Fishing using the Barbarian Fishing will get you about 1 000 000 XP with 99 Fishing. So, that can take 1 000 000 XP out of the 13 000 000 XP away.
This is the best experience per hour out of any Agility course up to level 90. If this course is started at level 60, it would take 814 complete laps to reach level 70. A perfect lap takes exactly 45 seconds, meaning that at maximum efficiency, the maximum amount of experience gained is 45,600 per hour.
Spending marks of grace Marks of grace can be traded in at the Rogues' Den through Grace, an NPC who sells the graceful outfit as well as Amylase packs for marks of grace. The price of each piece of grace varies, some costing more or less than others.
The Agility Cape is obtained by reaching level 99 Agility, and it acts just like the Graceful cape. Wearing it will also trigger the Graceful outfit effect, just like the Graceful cape.
Having a high Agility level while using a low Agility course (compared to your level) is going to reduce the chance of failing an obstacle and sometimes prevent failing any obstacle in the course at all. But it is always better to bring any kind of food so you can recover from the falling damage if occurred.
This is recommended to be done only after buying the full Graceful outfit. Buying Amylase packs is a good way to make money while training Agility, each pack has 100 Amylase crystals. These Amylase crystals are sold for 1K OSRS gold each and are used for making Stamina potions.
Once you reach level 90 , it is better to stick to the previously mentioned Ardougne Agility Course, because it is the fastest way to 99 if we are going to take the difficulty into consideration.
You will stop failing the first Tightrope if you have reached level 85 Agility, and The second Leap Gap will not be failable at level 89 Agility. That means the whole course will be safe starting from level 89 Agility.
There are other Agility courses where you can gain higher experience starting from level 47 Agility, but it is recommended to stay in the Canifis Agility Course until level 60 (rather than 47) for the sake of obtaining the Graceful outfit quickly.
The course is located in East Ardougne, at the far east, and the starting point can be found south east of the Gem shop.
If you complete the diary at a later point, you can always come back to this method until level 90. Starting at level 60, it will take you about 8,900 laps to reach level 90 Agility, or 814 laps to level 70. Each complete lap rewards you with 570 experience.
Levels 47/52-60 – Wilderness Course. This alternate method to level 60 is much faster, but will not yield any Marks of Grace. The Wilderness also comes with a risk of PKers, but generally you won’t be bringing any items in, so the risk is minimal.
The Rellekka Rooftop course will provide you with roughly ~51k xp/hr. Continue to collect your Marks of Grace as you train. Again, this is a very basic course that doesn’t need much explained. Experience rates here are still slightly lower than Seers’ with the Kandarin Hard Diary.
At level 47, you can use Summer Pies to boost your level enough to use the Wilderness course. You can use the course without Summer Pies starting at level 52. This will be better xp/hr than the Canifis course, but offers no Marks of Grace at all.
Without the Kandarin Hard Diary, we’ll move onto the Pollnivneach course. At this point, you should get the gist of the skill. There’s nothing special to note about this course, other than continuing to collect your Marks of Grace.
Varrock is the next stop in our Agility training. We’ll be using this course from levels 30 to 40, or 32 to 40 if you chose to do the recommend quests mentioned in the beginning. This course is fairly long, but simple. If you have over 20 Hitpoints, you won’t need to bring any food items along with you.
As you level your skill, you will have increased run energy as a permanent boost. There are a few alternate ways to train the skill, but the majority of your agility training in OSRS will take place on various agility courses.
