A perfect lap takes exactly 45 seconds (~37 seconds with Seers bank teleport), meaning that at maximum efficiency, the maximum amount of experience gained is 45,600 per hour, or 56,000 per hour with Seers bank teleport. This means that training from 60 to 70 will require 10–11 hours of relatively concentrated training.
During tests, the rate of marks seemed to increase slightly towards the end of the session, indicating that time spent on the course might increase the spawn rate after a certain time spent. From these results, we can see that, on average, the baseline rate of marks on the Seers' course is one mark every five laps.
Without assuming that no parts of the course will fail, an average of around 75 seconds per lap (without the Seers Bank teleport) between the levels of 60 to 65 is to be expected. In the latter half, the failure rate decreases significantly and thus decreases the average lap time to about 55 seconds.
It can be started by climbing up the wall near the entrance of Seer's Village bank and is finished by jumping off the roof of the church, by the Yew trees. Players gain 570 experience in total per completed lap of the course.

Levels 60-90 – Seers' Village Agility Course Players stop failing this course at 79 Agility. From level 80 onwards, it is possible to achieve experience rate up to 60,000 experience per hour, if one consistently performs perfect laps and teleports to Seers' bank immediately after finishing the lap.
Canifis Agility Course has the greatest chance of spawning marks for players between level 40 to 59 Agility, as it has a greater number of obstacles completed per hour than the other rooftop courses. Players should consider using this course until 60 Agility to obtain a full set of the graceful outfit.
The agility requirement is boostable. Rooftop courses differ from other Agility courses in that they spawn Marks of grace. Also, passing an obstacle on a rooftop course actively restores 1–2% run energy, meaning it is typically possible to run around rooftop courses continually.

Obtaining. The Graceful outfit can only be bought with marks of grace, which can only be obtained by running laps on Rooftop Agility Courses. Buying the entire set takes 260 Marks, which can be obtained as early as level 55~ Agility if the rooftop courses are done, except the Falador course.
Ardougne is the only exception, as the marks will only spawn on the same tile, and each new mark refreshes the 10 minute despawn timer.

The Al Kharid Course is the second Rooftop Course in our guide, so pay attention to the Marks of Grace. The course location is inside the Al Kharid town, and the starting point is at the north of the Tanner. Bringing Food and Stamina/Energy potions is recommended.
You will stop failing the first Tightrope if you have reached level 85 Agility, and The second Leap Gap will not be failable at level 89 Agility. That means the whole course will be safe starting from level 89 Agility.
The Agility Cape is obtained by reaching level 99 Agility, and it acts just like the Graceful cape. Wearing it will also trigger the Graceful outfit effect, just like the Graceful cape.
OSRS has a mixture of easy and hard to train skills, but saying hard to train doesn’t always mean it will be difficult in terms of its mechanism, it usually means it will take a long time to reach a high level.
Personally, we recommend completing some OSRS quest s that give a good amount of Agility experience at the early levels since training Agility early is going to be very slow, thus slower than completing such quest s.
The Dorgesh-Kaan agility course offers a similar experience rate to the Ardougne course; however, the latter is preferred because it does not require energy potions to train there. This is due to the energy restoration that happens between obstacles, which does not happen at the non-rooftop courses.
In addition, the course is easier to complete as it requires less concentration. Being the last rooftop course, it has a very high chance of spawning marks of grace, as well as having the highest experience rate per hour.
The wilderness course is located at level 53 wilderness. You can easily get here by using the lever in Ardougne or Edgeville. Be sure to bring a knife so you can slash the webs that block the way. Then simply walk southwest towards the wilderness course as pictured.
Once you reach level 50 agility you already recover energy twice as fast as when you did at level 1. At level 99 you recover 3x faster! On top of that, by training agility you also unlock several shortcuts around Gielinor and once you have the graceful outfit your run will restore even faster.
For those that don’t want to quest through the lower levels, you can get to 20 agility at the gnome stronghold in around 30 minutes. Once you hit 10 agility you can switch to the draynor village rooftop but I usually don’t bother as it’s the same amount of experience per hour.
Players who have access to the Priffdinas area can use the priffdinas agility course from levels 75 all the way to 99. Priffdinas is a great alternative to the rooftop courses or even the hallowed sepulchre as you get very nice experience rates of up to 66K exp per hour.
Gnomonkey RS has made a complete in-depth guide for the Hallowed Sepulchre agility training activity. If you’re interested in learning how hallowed sepulchre works, we 100% recommend you check out this video.
