The course is great, but the length of time to complete it needs to be longer, especially when you sign up for multiple courses at the same time. I don't believe its a good customer service practice to charge extension fees when you've already gotten paid for the course.

One of the unique features of Kaplan Real Estate school is that they offer different types of package options that other online real estate schools don’t have. In this section I want to point out some of the negatives I see with using Kaplan for your real estate education.

Bummed Over Discount Commission Requests

I had two listing appointments this week. Both agreed to work with me if I did 4%. I passed on both. It is a real bummer, but every time I have seen a listing close at 4% the seller loses money, and I simply don't want my name or reputation on losing clients money. I'm not looking for a fix. I am just mourning my loss commission check.

Attorney Thinks He Will Get Paid

I am a realtor in Dallas, Tx. I was representing an attorney until he decided to exercise his rights to fire me. He did this because he thinks by representing himself he will get a part of the commission. I didn't think this is how it worked in Texas. My assumption was that he also needed a license for real estate. Is this true?

Realtor accused me of fraud on email chains with clients and then strongarmed them-suggestions on handling him?
