Thank you Bobra and Tabitha for your excellent presentation, clarity and support you both give to students taking these classes. I passed my state exam with ease and confidence. The study and memory methods with the reinforcement of positive attitude, with a bit of humor weaved in were all learning tools for myself and other students.
Bobra, Howard and my Colorado teachers all did a great job at helping me pass my exam on the first try.#N#Thanks so much!
I have been so pleased with how efficient, helpful,#N#encouraging and knowledgable Bobra and Tabitha have been in the Interactive classes and emails to answer my questions. They have been professional, clear and concise in their feedback to me.#N#I have enjoyed having had them as helpful instructors in my California Real Estate education.
Although real estate exam prep is available via many options what set my Kaplan experience apart is the instruction and the customer service. Larry Ashwood, my Broker Basics and National and State exam prep instructor somehow managed to cover an enormous amount of material within a very short timeframe and did it with a sense of humor.
this review is for the Kaplan study group and access to the Kaplan instructors for questions and guidance. The weekly study session and review sessions with Bobra and Tabitha were extremely helpful in my success to pass the exam on my first try! I attended every week and also took advantage of emailing them any questions I had.
The course is great, but the length of time to complete it needs to be longer, especially when you sign up for multiple courses at the same time. I don't believe its a good customer service practice to charge extension fees when you've already gotten paid for the course.
I was unable to complete some questions and the remarkable staff at Kaplan accommodated me. Kaplan's Exam prep for real estate salesperson is very helpful.
Thanks Matthew! We appreciate you choosing Kaplan as your long time Minnesota CE provider!
Kaplan has been our go-to resource for continuing ed for the last 5 years. We are very satisfied
Outstanding instructors (especially Ralph), intuitive online classes, wide variety of continuing education courses, excellent customer service, and generally a fair value.
I have used Kaplan for years, almost always on-line because it is convenient, reasonably priced and explains the material well enough without being boring. It is the most convenient way to meet my CE requirements. The only small complaint is I wish all of the classes were available online.
Always a great experience. Instructors are knowedgable and well prepared!
I have had excellent experiences with Kaplan over the years. They have terrific instructors, great communication with their students and they are up to date on the ever changing New Mexico real estate continuing education requirements.

Below I list all of the positive things I see with Kaplan Real Estate Education. There are some very good points with this school.
In this section I want to point out some of the negatives I see with using Kaplan for your real estate education.
I had two listing appointments this week. Both agreed to work with me if I did 4%. I passed on both. It is a real bummer, but every time I have seen a listing close at 4% the seller loses money, and I simply don't want my name or reputation on losing clients money. I'm not looking for a fix. I am just mourning my loss commission check.
I am a realtor in Dallas, Tx. I was representing an attorney until he decided to exercise his rights to fire me. He did this because he thinks by representing himself he will get a part of the commission. I didn't think this is how it worked in Texas. My assumption was that he also needed a license for real estate. Is this true?
So this was supposed to be a simple rental deal. In my city rentals often work like sales with an agent for the tenant and another for the landlord.
Hi all! I'm considering a move into Real Estate as I believe my soft skills would be a natural fit with it. I'm currently working in medicine with a full time, non- 9-5 schedule as I'm requested at all times of day. I'm hoping that I can break in, though I know it will be tough without being able to set my schedule in advance each week.
