Yes. The course materials (lectures, handouts, etc.) will be accessible after the subscription period (180 days) ends. Same goes with access to the forum. Course updates made anytime in the future (new lectures, new study materials, etc) will also be accessible.
A.The pre-filing credit counseling course takes a minimum of 60 minutes to complete. The pre-discharge debtor education course takes a minimum of 2 hours. The time requirements conform to the EOUST (Executive Office for U.S. Trustees) program guidelines.
