Your driving test examiner will give you a form stating that you passed your driving test. Take it to your local DMV office along with any other paperwork they require. At the DMV, you'll fill out an application for a driver's license, submit all that paperwork, pay the appropriate fees, and have your picture taken.

There is no charge for in-office certificate pick-up.
