I submitted my application last year in may. I did all the requirements and submitted all my documents before submitting. I called in September of last year and a lady said they needed my training document. I notified her I had already sent it, but will send it again. Got an email that they received it and waited another 4 months and called again.

It is at the discretion of the Sheriff. Some won't taken a CCH certificate over a year old and others don 't care one way or another.
