In the Analyze Phase, Process Analysis Sub-Phase, there is still the content of a slide which has not been made available to me, despite the repeated requests made to your support area: the ACCESS keeps appearing as DENIED.

I found the course and content very attractive and easy to understand, unfortunately customer service has not answered yet to any of the 3 times trying to contacting them. I asked on 12.06.21 for the slides downloading which is not working and for some resources where I can see where they took he information from.

Waste of my time

Am doing the introduction phase and its really disorganized to be honest. Few grammar errors, conflicting information and confusing comprehension test. I don't believe anyone has review and update the course at all, yet they are suppose to teach you about process improvement? I should have gone with another six sigma trainer.
