Yes ! If you have a 'Honor-Code' certificate, you can put it in your resume. Previously, edX used to give honor-code certificates for those who have audited the course and have obtained a passing grade. In most courses it will still be possible to view the archived course contents after the end date, however the course staff will no longer provide support in the forum, it will not be possible to earn a certificate and some assignments and other contents may be removed.
In self-paced courses, all course materials are available as soon as the course opens. If you enroll in a self-paced course long before its end date, the course will feature suggested deadlines on assignments to help you plan and stay on-track.
