This historic ocean front resort on St Simons Island, Georgia features 192 guest rooms in a variety of buildings, room decor and views, including two and three bedroom villas and resort residences.

Location

King and Prince resort is a serious letdown. The resort itself needs a lot of TLC. It is not maintained to any degree that would even be acceptable in a three-star hotel resort. It needs a lot of help. Keeping all of that in mind my biggest complaint is a 100% lack of service in all areas.
