Consider repeating the course. Over 90% of colleges allow undergraduates to take a failed class again to improve their grade. Depending on the school, the new grade may replace the F on your transcript — or both grades may appear, with the new grade replacing the F in your GPA calculation.
Students will engage in their class through myLoneStar, which will require students to have access to a computer and internet. Physical attendance at a Lone Star location is not required for an online course. Online classes do not require students and faculty to be in the same room at any time during the course.
What will the higher rate of tuition be if a student attempts a course three or more times? Students will be charged an additional $60 per semester credit hour for attempting most credit courses for 3 or more times.

About EDUC 1300 Students are ultimately expected to integrate and apply the learning skills discussed across their own academic programs and become effective and efficient learners. Students developing these skills should be able to continually draw from the theoretical models they have learned.
Grades. Texas State grades are assigned as follows “A,” excellent; “B,” good; “C,” passing (not at the doctoral level); “D,” passing (not at the graduate level); “F,” failure; “I,” incomplete; “U,” unearned “F”; and “W,” withdrawn passing.
Most colleges allow you to retake a class 3 times during a course, but any more after this, there might be consequences. You will most likely have to appeal to be able to retake the course a fourth time.
In fact, a “D” is considered passing in both high school and college, as it's above 60%. While a passing grade may be as low as 60%, you will want to aim higher for many reasons. As a college student, you don't want to aim to barely pass a class.
As a community college system, Lone Star College is tough to beat. It is a great stepping stone for the student who would like to transfer to a 4-year university, with very helpful advisers that will make it easy to choose classes that correlate to the university of your choice.

Lone Star College-Montgomery is now offering 8-week Fast Track semesters. The Fast Track program splits the traditional 16-week semester into two, shorter 8-week semesters. Students enrolled in the program full time – 6 credit hours– can still qualify for financial aid.
The length of online classes varies. Some can be completed in as little as five weeks, while others take longer. On average, online courses last eight to nine weeks, especially those offered through universities.

An overload is defined as attempting more than 18 credit hours in the fall or spring semesters. An advisor can provide specific information about overloads in summer and other non-traditional length semesters. Students may only enroll in one course during a minimester. An overload during any semester must be approved by the campus vice president of instruction or designee.

The day before class, you will get an email from Lone Star Bikers reminding you of your class start time and specific directions to your classroom location.
This way you get 3 hours of classroom knocked out at home before you even get to class. This means more ride time and less classroom time. It also means that we can start riding on the range in the morning on Day 1 instead of the afternoon in the hotter months. This makes for a more comfortable experience.
1) The E-Course that you take as a pre-course assignment covers the basics of the controls and some street strategies that are unique to riding a motorcycle. This course is content that used to be covered in the classroom. This way you get 3 hours of classroom knocked out at home before you even get to class.
