An exception can be made for those students who have successfully completed 12 units toward their certificate.

No. Degree students enrolled at UCLA are charged quarterly fees that fund an array of special services and privileges that support the full-time undergraduate student experience. Extension’s certificate students are not charged the mandatory registration fee that funds these activities.
