The job of an RBT will always involve being supported and guided by a BCBA®, who has more training and education in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Students have 180 days from the date of registration to complete the course. Students may not complete the training in fewer than five days. These restrictions are set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board®.
