When you first log in to LaunchPad, you'll probably see your class's Welcome page, which may include a message from your instructor. Click Enter Your Course to open your course. After you click Enter Your Course , you'll see the LaunchPad home page, which lists all of your course content and assignments in the order that they are due.

The class performance report has several sections, so when you're viewing it in LaunchPad, you’ll need to scroll down to see the whole thing. For the purposes of this tutorial, we'll group the sections as follows: the median; i.e., the score that is in the middle, for one half of the other scores are above and one half are below.

From full screen mode, you can navigate as follows: 1 Click Home to return to the home page. 2 Use the Previous and Next buttons to navigate from one resource to the next. 3 In the e-book, use the Read on button at the bottom to read the next section of the same reading (using the Previous and Next buttons will take you to the next reading in the e-book or into another resource entirely). 4 The e-book also has a circle menu at the top left with a circle for each section of the current reading. 5 Click the square below the circle menu to access a table of contents for the reading or show all sections of the reading.

Immediate feedback means students are more likely to answer subsequent questions correctly.
An easy-to-use Gradebook provides a clear window onto performance for the whole class, for individual students, and for individual assignments, to help you to give every student the support they need.
At the halfway point it adapts based on topic – students begin getting more questions from topics where they are not performing as well. They get an analysis by topic of how well they performed at the topic level, providing insight into areas where they need more practice.
Before you activate a course you will have to create it and make all customizations necessary for the semester.
Once you have selected Activate (from either location), you will see a screen listing the details of your course. If you need to make changes to this information, you may do so by clicking Edit this information . If you do not need to edit, click Activate.
A window will appear telling you that you have successfully activated your course. That window will also provide you with two things:
Now that your course is activated, you can make any changes you wish to the course activation e-mail and distribute it to your students.
Students can enroll in your course from the course URL by creating an account or signing in to an existing LaunchPad account. For more information, see the help article Register for a course.

Click the Display Options drop-down menu to select from a variety of available information your gradebook can provide you. We will walk through each option from the top of the list to the bottom, beginning with Visible Columns. Please read through each or scroll down to the option you're most interested in.
From the main gradebook page, when you click on a student's name, you see a record of their work in your LaunchPad course. When you hover over an assignment name, basic information about the assignment settings appears.
When you click on an assignment title, you see statistics on how students performed. If the assignment is a quiz, you will also see information on how students performed on each question, as well as estimates on the difficulty and fairness of each.
When you click on the score in an assignment column for a specific student row, you will see that student's results for that assignment.
