Student Support Osiris - Student information, course enrollment, study progress PLANAPP: Plan How to delete a course from my planning?
It might be the case that you added the wrong course to your planning or that you decided that you want to take another course than you initially planned. In this case, it is possible to delete a course from your planning.
To begin the unenrollment: Go to Learning > Training Plans > select Training Plan List from the left hand menu >. Locate the Training Plan title you found by checking the Enrollment Details >. Click the enrollment icon that corresponds to that Training Plan >. On the next screen, you will see "Currently Enrolled" users.
If the training plan is non recurring and the learner completes each associated module in the training plan, it is intended that the learner is automatically unenrolled from that Training Plan by the LMS after the last course is complete.
The learner blue book can be accessed at any time by selecting the book icon to the left of the learner's name. Check the enrollment details as talked about in the section above to determine the module is not tied to a training plan. Many times, incomplete, individual modules can be removed from here.
From the Current tab in the learner blue book, select the individual module you want to remove by using the available check boxes.
In any case, if there are any modules that are incomplete (i.e. - the exam has not been completed yet) then you can easily remove that course from a learner's enrollments. We will discuss removing incomplete assignments that are. 1. part of a training plan. 2. not part of a training plan, but assigned as an individual module.
Note - If the training plan is marked as one-time only and was previously completed, the user may not be reenrolled in that training plan, ever.
For non recurring training plans, because incomplete courses drop off the learner's assignments once they are unenrolled, if a learner needs one or more modules from any part of their training plan, they can complete the courses they need PRIOR to the unenrollment. The completions will stay on their transcript while the remaining will fall off.
