Go to the quiz in question and copy it onto the same course. Because it is a quiz that contains questions, Canvas will list it under the question bank "unfiled." You need to go to the new quiz and select "Find Questions."
As an instructor, you can copy individual quizzes in one course directly into any active course in which you are enrolled. You can also send quizzes to other instructors at your institution. When you copy a quiz, any assets within that quiz (images, files, etc.) will be included in your quiz copy.
Locate the backup file. Under Action, click Restore (note, NOT the restorelog.html) Type the long name of the course you're copying to (not sure if/why these two things are necessary...) Click Restore this course now! The assignment should now be copied. You'll probably need to move it to the location you want in the new course. Hope it works!
You can also send quizzes to other instructors at your institution. When you copy a quiz, any assets within that quiz (images, files, etc.) will be included in your quiz copy. To share course content, you must have the Course Content - add / edit / delete permission enabled.
You can, however, export your questions to a file and then import them to another moodle installation. I usually create a quiz in one course, importing questions from GIFT files, using categories and, adding graphics files.

New Quizzes do not transfer when exporting/importing course content from your individual campuses Canvas instance to One Canvas. Only the Assignment associated with the quiz copies over, and it requires minor editing. This is due to present limitations of Canvas' New Quizzes (Quizzes 2) tool.

With the current version of Quizzes there is no direct option to copy questions from a quiz into a question bank. You need to first export the Quiz as a QTI zip file and then import that file back into your course where it will create a duplicate of the original quiz but also a new Question Bank.
You can duplicate questions in your New Quizzes assessments. A duplicated quiz question includes the question title, question stem, question data and answers, points possible, question options, and aligned outcomes. Notes: Duplicating a stimulus question type is not currently supported.
To create a copy of a public quiz in your library, just click the Edit button on the quiz page. After the quiz has been duplicated, you can edit your copy using the Quiz Editor.

Re: How do I move a quiz to another course. Click on the resource, then click backup to just back up that one item. Or you can click on the course in which you'd like the resource, click Import and then select only that item from the other course. To delete a quiz turn editing on and click on the X next to your quiz.
As far as I know, there is no way to copy an entire quiz itself. You can, however, export your questions to a file and then import them to another moodle installation.
