Each course has an online multiple-choice exam that must be successfully completed. Upon completion of all courses and passing of all individual course exams, you will be able to take the final comprehensive online multiple-choice exam. The final exam must be passed to earn the certificate.
You are allowed three attempts to pass the final exam. There is a $50.00 fee for each exam retake. You will be required to wait 30-days between each attempt. If you cannot complete the exam within those two years, you may request a one-time only 6-month extension for a fee of $300.00. Extension request must be made before your course enrollment expires or within a reasonable time frame after the course expires.
