  • Go to Settings > Course administration > Users > Enrolled users
  • Click the 'Enrol users' button at the top right or bottom left of the page

  • Browse or search for the user
  • Click the Enrol button opposite the user. The user will indent in the list and the enrol button will disappear, indicating that the user is enrolled.
  • When you have finished, click the 'Finish enrolling users' button (or simply close the enrol users box)

I wanted for all users to be automatically enrolled in 4 courses when they created a new account and I found this answer in the Enrollment FAQ's.

What if you only want a few courses not all of them? We are in the same situation - we have a few courses which we would like everyone enrolled on a) so it appears in the 'view my courses' list, and b) so they are not requested to enrol.

When a student sign ups, then he/she is enrolled to all courses. Since I set unique enrollment key to each course, students should enter the enrollment key to which course they are proposed to be enrolled.

Sorry to bring back an old post, but have the ' Royal Roads University' done any development to make the plugin work in 2+ versions. I specifically would like to use this for a 2.6 install of moodle.
