shes a pretty good prof, but im pretty sure all of her slides arent hers (the usual for gmu profs). i understood the material decently, but she has a tendency to write in a contradicting manner for test questions. lots of extra credit & adjusts grades if a lot of ppl missed questions on quizzes

It is important to clean up the Content Collection on a regular basis, such as at the end of each semester. As courses, organizations, and users are deleted from Blackboard Learn, administrators also need to remove them from the Content Collection.
The user's folder will no longer appear, but it can be searched and located. If the user is not removed from the Content Collection and a user with the same username is added to the Blackboard Learn, as expected, a folder with this username appears in the Content Collection.
Generally speaking, you should not have to add students who are enrolled in your course to its Blackboard section. As long as the student has registered on time, they should be enrolled in your Blackboard course on Day 1.
Due to legal mandates, Educational Technology staff can only add/remove users from your course with explicit written permission from the instructor. It is therefore more efficient and safer for the instructor to manage the course membership by themselves.
There is no way to “delete” a user from your course. You can only set the course to be “not available” to an individual user. More likely you may to need to change the availaability setting for a student from unavailable to available.
