Torrey Pines South costs $202–$252 for nonresidents, but is $63–$78 for San Diego residents. The North is around the same price, but slightly cheaper. It's $128-$160 for nonresidents and $44-$58 for locals.

$575Pebble Beach green fees for a standard round are a whopping $550 per person and will increase to $575 on April 1, 2020. In addition to that initial price, it costs $45 per person to use a cart. If you choose to go the caddie route and walk, which is recommended, the caddie fee will run you another $95 per bag.
Torrey Pines – The Army Base 1941-45 The base was operational from January 1941 – 1945 – Less than three months after the Japanese surrender in August 1945, the camp was declared surplus and the lease terminated.
Dress code is pretty lax, and fivesomes are permitted. (We were behind a fivesome during my round on the South, which took about 4:40.) That said, the staff at Torrey Pines was exceedingly friendly, which can also be said for much of the tourist and service industry around San Diego.
Well luckily Torrey Pines is a lot like Bethpage Black in New York, in that it is entirely possible to play both golf courses there. The North course is thought to be easier than the South but despite that it still plays over 7,200 yards.
It is named for a rare pine tree. The namesake Torrey Pine is a remnant of a prehistoric mountain range now submerged in the Pacific. The tree was discovered in 1850 by Dr. Charles Parry, who named it in honor of his mentor, Dr. John Torrey, a botanist from Columbia University.

There are roughly 300 members of Augusta National, and being invited by one of them is the quickest way to get a round in at the famous course. Members are allowed to bring a guest on the course for a relatively small fee of $40.
The North Course is shorter and less expensive than its brother. For many, it is more scenic than the South, having more picture-perfect opportunities along the track. The North Course is more popular for the less-experienced golfer but will still put up a good fight for the better ones.
