How do I restart a course?

In the app: If you have completed the entire course and wish to restart it, just locate and tap on the course and you will see an option to "REPEAT COURSE", tap that and you can start from the beginning.
Best Answer: To delete headspace data, you can either use the Headspace app or the website. On the app, go to Settings and then select Clear Data.
After you open up the desired session, tap the Settings wheel in the bottom right. Select your preferred session length (pictured left is on iOS and on the right is Android)
Once the download is complete it will be available offline. To access content once offline, a red banner will appear at the bottom of your Home screen. Tap it and will see the content available. Or, you can tap your Profile>Settings>Downloads.
Headspace may be a better choice for beginners and people looking for an app that offers plenty of quick meditations for folks who are short on time. Although it costs more, Calm may be a better fit for those with some meditation experience or advanced meditators, as it has less structure.

I thought the “courses A-Z tab was a complete list but I noticed a “generosity” course was listed as related when you click on the “patience” course. Relatedly, have you done any courses you enjoyed that are “hidden” from the main course page? TIA!

Job struggles. Depending on what you’re struggling with, there are a few courses that might help you get through a rough patch. Letting Go of Stress, Prioritization, Finding Focus, Creativity, and even Sport Motivation can all help in this area. If it’s a specific coworker (or even your boss) causing tension, you may want to give the Relationships course a try. They won’t fix the problems, but these courses can help you manage.
