How long can I stay? Harvest Hosts is set up as an overnight program with stays of a maximum of 24 hours. At your Host's discretion, he/she may invite you to stay an additional night but we discourage multiple night stays as to not “wear out our welcome.” Please do not ask if you can stay additional nights.
When contacting your Host, tell the Host what size vehicle you are driving. Ask which entrance you should use and be aware that you may have to unhook your tow vehicle.

The first location we tried was the University of Montana Golf Course ( www.umt.edu… ). This was a very nice course with reasonable greens fees and a very good American bistro called The Iron Griz ( www.irongriz.com… ).
The second course we visited (also in Montana) was Eagle Rock Golf Course ( www.eaglerockgolfcourse.com… ). This course also has a restaurant and bar. However, it was closed by the time we arrived, which was around 6 or 7pm. Since we were too late for golf and the restaurant was closed, we spent some money in the pro shop to show our appreciation.

The maximum stay at a Host is 24 hours. The Host can offer to allow the member to stay for another night or two, but the member should never be the one to ask. Most of the Hosts will allow dogs to be on a leash at your vehicle. However, Hosts can vary.
Most customers are thrilled with the experience that Harvest Hosts can offer. Even when members pay for products or services at the Host’s property, it is far cheaper than the cost of getting a campground.
Members will find that most of the Hosts do not have hookups. This is because they are typically farms, wineries, museums, breweries, etc. They have space available but no hookups. There are some Hosts, however, that will have hookups for water or electricity. This information can be found on the Host information page.
Host locations are available all around the country. There is an app available on the App Store , as well as the Google Play store.
It is possible to use a generator with the RV in many cases. However, members should always ask the Host first. The host can often provide a space where the generator’s sound will not disturb anyone. Members will need to call the Host’s phone number to let the Host know that they will be arriving.

The Harvest Dress Code. All Members and Guests must be suitably attired on the golf course at all times. The Harvest Golf Club follows dress code guidelines established by Golf Canada with the exception that blue jeans are allowed to be worn. REQUIRED DRESS: Collared shirts are encouraged, however mock necks and turtlenecks are acceptable.
