The Happy Hamlet race track in Fortnite can be found in grid reference C9. It’s just a little northwest of the named location itself, and the start line is fairly easy to spot thanks to its starting lights and the line of Ballers ready to roll (pardon the pun).
First things first, you’ll want to hop inside one of those Ballers lined up at the start line of the race track. From there, you’ll then need to simply make your way around the track heading in a northwest direction to start off with.
As we noted above, you’ll need to make sure you’re guiding your Baller through the various blue rings that pop up as you complete the lap. The toughest one here is about halfway around the track, and is in midair.
For this Week 5 Challenge, players must reach Tier 26 of the Season 8 Battle Pass to unlock the Bouncy Ball toy. Once you have it, go to the emotes section of your in-game Locker and equip the item.
The hardest part of this challenge is knowing where the Race Track at Happy Hamlet is. To help you out, we've marked it on the map below. As you can see, there's a small, curved path in Happy Hamlet. That's the track you're looking for.
As we reach week 5 and the halfway point of season 8 in Fortnite: Battle Royale, we face a challenge that tasks us with traveling to Happy Hamlet and completing a lap around the race track there.
We have a group of seven new challenges for players to take on this week. As always, four of these challenges are available only to Battle Pass owners (we hope you did your overtime challenges last season) while the other three are available to all players regardless of a season pass.
This season eight, week five challenge tasks you with heading to a specific race track in Happy Hamlet and completing a single lap around it. For this challenge, we recommend completing it in the Team Rumble limited time mode, which seems to be a permanent staple at this point.
Before we can complete this challenge and get its sweet reward, we need to find where the race track in Happy Hamlet is. Thankfully, the title of the challenge points us in the direction of the general location you need to head unlike the extremely vague challenge description for the magnifying glass challenge a couple of weeks ago.
Now it’s time for the fun part. Hop into your Baller vehicle or driftboard or whatever vehicle you want, and get ready. Once you pass through the starting race track sign, you will be starting your race.
Your reward for completing the race track in Happy Hamlet is a pretty good one for a rather simple and easy challenge. You get a whopping 10 Battle Stars, which is enough to guarantee an entire tier level up.
When combat does begin, it will probably be at close range, so one should have prepared an SMG and shotgun for combat plus some materials to build some cover.
Happy tends to hold 0-2 players per game in solos and 0-3 teams in duos/squads. Players can sometimes find themselves completely alone at this location, leaving all the loot to themselves.
Happy Hamlet can be seen in The Zero Crisis Finale Cinematic.
