Convenience fees are charged for all tee times booked through the GolfNow website and mobile app. Convenience fees have a broad range depending on location and are charged per player, per tee time and are reflected in the total price on your tee time reservation at the time of checkout.
In order to provide GolfNow members with the best prices, Hot Deals tee times available through GolfNow require payment in full at the time the reservation is made. In addition, some golf courses may require partial or full payment to be made online during the reservation process.
So, for example, a GolfNow member booking a $40 Hot Deals tee time for just one player would earn 43.49 GolfNow Rewards points (total price with convenience fee). How do I earn a $10 GolfNow Reward?
Your free membership allows you to earn GolfNow Rewards points, receive special tee time recommendations and offers via email, save your credit card information for quick tee time reservations and more. Additionally, GolfNow members can upgrade to the GolfPass+ membership.
GolfPass+/GolfPass+ VIP members may apply their GolfNow Rewards codes toward “Hot Deals” booked at least three (3) days in advance. “Hot Deals” update frequently, so check back often for the most current available tee times.
GolfNow charges convenience fees of Three Dollars and Forty Nine Cents ($3.49) on each Hot Deals Round booked and Two Dollars and Forty Nine Cents ($2.49) on each non-Hot Deals Round booked. All calculations are rounded up to the nearest whole dollar.

GolfNow's new app has a map of the course and directions. All you have to do is tap on the course, select the tee time of your choice, then tap “Course Details.” It will open a map view with information about the course.

Due to different systems used at various golf courses, there may occasionally be a technical issue that affects or prevents a tee time reservation from reaching the golf course or being recorded in their system. If this occurs, a GolfNow representative may contact you to help you find and secure a tee time reservation at the selected golf course or one nearby (depending upon availability).
The strikethrough price represents the highest price other golfers have paid for a tee time at the golf course in the last six months.
When you click on a tee time and select the number of players, the tee time is put on hold for five (5) minutes. This allows time to complete the booking process. If you do not complete the process, the tee time will be removed from hold and reappear on the website.
However, some golf courses may choose to make their tee times available 30 to 90 days in advance or further depending on their business practices.
Limiting the comparison window to a six-month period helps to account for changes in management, conditions and more, giving you a sense of the savings available on each tee time.

I remember when it use to a scaling type price on golfnow, unbooked tee times are cheaper the closer it got to the tee time. They should bring that back.
It’s not a lie, it’s in the contract. In ours we are not allowed to match over the phone what is on the website so there is still incentive for people to book through them. And we aren’t allowed to alter the rate in the system to a lower rate than what it was sold to you as because it comes through as $0 on our end when ringing it up. Golfnow fully controls those prices and we essentially click a button to say you shows up. I’m not saying it’s right or wrong, just the way it is.
I wont use golfnow. It's a third party company that stuck themselves in between the golf course and the customer. The course will lose money on most of the bookings. I know, I had to deal with man
I just don't get the hate for GN. It's not a law or being forced upon the courses. Again, if it's so "bad," dont use the service.
If GN is so morally abhorrent, then golf courses should just opt out of using it. Very simple; it's a partnership they agree to.

I have been receiving a christmas gift card from my wife with Golf Now. Their website is returning an error message while trying to redeemed it. Last year I also encountered the same issue, and called them up and on that same day, they applied the gift card to my account, no that big deal.
I booked a round for me and my wife, when we were driving to the course, we received a phone call from the course warning us that the course was flooded and in bad shape. We asked the guy how bad it was and he said that the course should really be closed so he felt he needed to warn us.
I used to use ur app' for golf in US for the long time. i like ur system, useful, resonable. but recently it happened again when i tried to checking my reservation on this app'. no access, of course i couldn't confirm my reservation, this week too. tried erase and reload the app' many times, even log-out and in (also alert my id&PW are invalid Huh...) there are nothing i can anymore..
On June 22, 2021 my checking account was hit for a charge of $97 for a subscription I had cancelled 2 years prior. In June of 2020, my account was charge twice for $97, but was ultimately returned last year.
I tried to cancel a tee time on Friday booked for a foursome that Saturday because I got corona virus. GolfNow wouldn't allow me to do so. I called the course and got it cancelled that way. Again. Because I have coronavirus. And I was charged the $200 for 4 players plus the $12 convenience fee.
I booked and paid for a tee time at Lakeland Village in Allyn WA and 20 seconds after I realized I made it for the wrong week, Aug 28 should have been Sep 4. I immediately called the golf course. They said they couldn't cancel the Golf Now time but could make the correct tee time.
I accidentally booked a reservation twice, with different credit cards, I called to get a refund for one of the reservations I was told that I can only get a credit. They will only give a credit not a refund for one of the reservations.
After 2+ years of using GN and having the occasional No Show player, a new course we played is going to have GN charge us for the missing player. We've never been charged before, but they are offering a gift cert in the amount, so it's not a huge deal.
I downloaded the GolfNow app on my iPhone and used it a few times.
I've never been asked for ID or email. Just my last name and tee time. And I've never showed up a player short so I can't speak to getting charged for no shows. One funny thing did happen to me recently... I booked an early single tee time - like first one out at dawn tee time. I check in at the pro shop with cash in hand to pay.
I've only had two GN booking kerfuffles as it were and both times GN and/or course were cool. Once was in Vegas and our initially booked teetime couldn't be meant because my muppet friend mixed up times with a show or something.

I got charged for a no show player but went into the hot deal knowing what to expect. It was not their fault the dimwit I booked for bailed on me.
Unfortunately the course was not in very good shape. The greens had mold on them, the cups were rough around the edges and the fairways were either too wet or too dry throughout most of the course. Not the most enjoyable day of golf we have had. We stopped at the club house for lunch at the turn.
Had to cancel due to me having covid. Still waiting for my refund? Or credit?
Very frustrated when trying to book tee times on popular courses. The tee sign-up sheets weren't populated after midnight on courses that allowed for 7 days advanced booking. Last Wednesday I kept trying until 45 minutes after midnight, and still no joy. Had to settle for a lower tier course.
the listings of the golf courses provide a wide range of options. Once a course is selected, booking the location and time is easy.
If I could give this a zero rating I would. We booked a tee time for one date, but when I got the confirmation email it was for a different date. A mere 3 minutes later I was able to cancel the tee time through GolfNow. We checked with the golf course to make sure the tee time had been canceled and that we would not be charged and they told us yes.
I use Golfnow to find tee times that are not expensive. It gives me specials and saved me time calling pro shops.
