DePaul University requires 30 days past the last date of enrollment to finalize processing of degrees for that term. We are therefore unable to verify requests made during this timeframe.

Enrollment time means the maximum number of hours a student could have attended class, whether or not the student did in fact attend all those hours.
Your enrollment date or period is the term (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer) and year you plan to enroll at a Division I or II school for the first time.
Enrollment Term means the time period during which a Tenant, and the entire Tenant Household, is entitled to Good Cause Protections.
Students who drop a class or classes after 20% of the scheduled class has elapsed will be responsible for 100% tuition and a grade of W will be assigned. Students may not select a Pass/Fail grading option after 20% of the scheduled class has elapsed.

BlueStar is a new online system that supports student academic success. Through BlueStar, students can connect with their advisors and instructors, and their advisors and instructors will connect with each other.
Computation of GPA Graded credit hours do not include courses graded WA, W, PA, IN, M, or AU, but do include courses graded F or FX. Grade point averages are reported to three digits and cannot be rounded up. Students must report their grade point average as it appears on official and unofficial transcripts.
College/School Regulations Students may audit classes only with permission of their advisor or college office. Students may not change from the status of credit to audit or vice-versa after 30 percent of the term has elapsed (the third week of class for a 10-week class). Full tuition is assessed for audited classes.
Enrollment Dates are available in the Campus Connection Student Center two weeks before registration begins. Students who have an Enrollment Date for the upcoming term receive a general Registration Information e-mail from Student Records once their Enrollment Dates have been assigned.
Students register concurrently for Spring and Summer if they are eligible to register for both terms. Due to graduation, new matriculations, and other factors, a given student may be eligible register for only Summer, only Fall, or both. Therefore students’ enrollment times should be the same across Spring and all three Summer Sessions (Regular, SSI, and SS2). Enrollment times could differ across terms or sessions if the student is in a very large student block that has been distributed across multiple start times (see below)
Current students can access all their enrollment information directly in Campus Connect. Students can print Enrollment Verification certificates, view current enrollment information and view lender and loan deferment status. Current students can choose from two types of Enrollment Verifications:
DePaul University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide verification of degrees for DePaul alumni. Data is sent to the National Student Clearinghouse on a regular schedule, allowing employers and agencies to verify official degree information in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act ( FERPA ).

A verification is a request for a university to verify a student's degree and enrollment information. Unlike a transcript, a verification is simply a confirmation of degrees earned and does not include course grades.
If you have a FERPA block in place, the information is still reported, but information protected under FERPA is withheld from the third parties by the NSC. If a third party requires more detailed academic information, the student will need to request a transcript.
