Learner's permit holders are eligible to apply for a driver's license after they have held the permit for at least 120 or 180 days.
All applicants need to attend a 4-hour 20-minutes course and attendance is compulsory. Applicants must complete Theory training (Online) before proceeding to Practical training (Onsite). All courses are conducted in English and Chinese. For the SDC (Online), the theory component is conducted via Zoom.
