The Pavillion. Boasting 22,000 square feet of space, the Coyote Hills Clubhouse is nestled among rolling greens, waterfalls, and even gorgeous, practically pristine streams. Guests can also retire to the nearby pavilion, which offers views of the surrounding hills and greens.
This 3,000 sq. ft. banquet room, which can accommodate an event of up to 300 guests, features views of the golf course, as well as the surrounding countryside. The space also features plenty of natural light, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and beautiful double doors that open onto a gorgeous terrace. Guests can relax on the terrace, enjoying appetizers and cocktails, while looking out over our illuminated waterfalls and rolling greens.

Fast forward to December 2, 2018. Gabe and I were celebrating our 2 year anniversary. We had planned for a lunch picnic on the beach after church then an Italian dinner later. I wanted to wear my In-N-Out sweatpants to the beach because I knew it’d be cold and plus, Gabe got them for me.
We especially incorporated our culture into the wedding by dressing up in Vietnamese and Filipino attire during dinner (a Vietnamese Ao Dai is what I wore, while Gabe wore a Barong Tagalog- he wore my culture while I wore his). We also had to include a boba station because it’s one of our favorite drinks.
