This Act may be cited as the Employment of Women, Young Persons, and Children Act. Restrictions on night work in industrial undertakings. [2,43 of 1964.] 2. (1) Subject to the other provisions of this Part, no person shall employ at any time during the night- in a public or private industrial undertaking or in a branch thereof.
