Telephone communication can be tricky since agents can’t rely on assessing a customer’s body language to get more insight into what they’re thinking and feeling. Extra attention needs to be paid to words spoken, and the tone they’re spoken in, to accurately ‘read’ a customer.
Live Chat Scripts. Most telephone-based agents will have a set of standard scripts they use in conversations, for example, their greeting and closing messages to customers. Live Chat as a system is unique in that any of these scripts can be added into the agent console, saving them time in their interactions.
So I’m in CS211 I got an email the Thursday before finals saying that I was report for honors violation on an assignment due 4th week of class. I didn’t cheat and did piss poor on the assignment. I got like a 40% and the class average was like a 42% but I was score to significantly improve my grade throughout the semester.
Came into GMU as a freshman in 2018 graduating as a senior in 2021 with a 3.88 GPA with a BS in ISOM. I’d like to preface this by saying I got a great job out of college.
I was checking patriot web and I noticed I got an “NR” for one of my classes. Does anyone know what that stands for or means exactly?
I’m currently on the waitlist for the online sections of my classes. I’m not too comfortable with going back to in person yet, and I personally feel as if this mask mandate being lifted across the country is a bit too soon, which makes me even more worried.
Just realized I forgot to mail my rental books back, is it even worth it now? I heard that if they don’t get them then I can keep them anyway. (RIP $100 from my bank acc)
