A letter grade of a D is technically considered passing because it not a failure. A D is any percentage between 60-69%, whereas a failure occurs below 60%. Even though a D is a passing grade, it's barely passing. As such, it is not looked at favorably.
A passing grade is defined as D or better.
WCCCD transcripts can be requested, free of charge, online, by mail, or fax. Transcripts will not be released for students who have outstanding financial obligation to the college. You can order and check the status of your request online via Student Webgate.
