In this RuneScape 3 Agility training guide, you’ll learn everything you need to know about training this skill as efficiently as possible. Most players consider this to be tedious, but we’ll teach you a few tricks to make your Agility training much more painless.
There are nine courses in total and there is an interval of ten Agility levels in between each course. Unlike most other agility courses, it is typically possible to permanently run around rooftop courses, since every obstacle passed will restore 1-2% run energy.
If you lose, you will sent back to the Agility course, and will be rewarded a small amount of experience. If you manage to win, you’ll be given a choice to gamble your experience reward. When gambling, there are three different rolls you can recieve: double experience, halved experience, or no bonus.
*Boosting your Agility level does not give more Agility experience per lap. The Hefin Agility Course features a unique Velocity mechanic. Players can freely toggle it on or off in an interface that appears when training on the course. If this feature is enabled, a velocity bar will slowly fill after every obstacle traversed.
A player with level 99 Agility can obtain the 20,000 experience limit in around 10 minutes, giving an experience rate equivalent to 120,000 experience an hour.
Obtaining the agile top At one bite per lap, it will take between 130 and 170 summer pies to get 250 perfect laps if starting the course at level 85 Agility. These perfect laps do not need to be done consecutively.
A perfect lap, including the time taken to go from creature to leaping across the walkway, is approximately 42.0 seconds, or 70 game ticks.

Agility: Agility is a doozy, and will take you about 200 hours to get all the way from level 1 – 99. Getting to level 99 Fishing using the Barbarian Fishing will get you about 1 000 000 XP with 99 Fishing.
Completing the exploration set allows players to boost Agility by five levels for 30 minutes a day. Completing the combat set allows players to boost one combat skill by five levels for a period of 30 minutes each day.

The game tick is the fundamental quantum of time used in RuneScape. It is a unit equal to length of 0.6 seconds. All actions that require server processing are governed by this value.
the Brimhaven Agility ArenaThe Agility cape is the Cape of Accomplishment for the Agility skill. It can be purchased for 99,000 coins alongside the Agility hood from Capn' Izzy No-Beard at the Brimhaven Agility Arena by players who have achieved level 99 in Agility.
This is the best experience per hour out of any Agility course up to level 90. If this course is started at level 60, it would take 814 complete laps to reach level 70. A perfect lap takes exactly 45 seconds, meaning that at maximum efficiency, the maximum amount of experience gained is 45,600 per hour.

Marks of grace can be traded in at the Rogues' Den through Grace, an NPC who sells the graceful outfit as well as Amylase packs for marks of grace. The price of each piece of grace varies, some costing more or less than others.
Agility is an incredibly basic, yet fundamental skill in RuneScape. As you level up, your run energy will deplete at a slower rate. The only exceptions are the Dorgesh-Kaan course & Brimhaven Agility Arena. It lasts for 20-40 minutes depending on the tier of the Aura.
You’ll want to use the course as normal until level 65, then start using the Demonic Skull.
The reason this method is “AFK” (in quotes) is because it is not truly away-from-keyboard. Most of the time when ‘scapers refer to something as AFK, they just mean that low attention is required. This method is defintely the least taxing in comparison to any other traditional Agility course training.
Summer Pies can be used to access Agility courses at a lower level. For example, you can start the Wilderness course at level 47 (52 normally required) by bringing Summer Pies to boost your level while you run the course. The boosts may seem small, but they add up! Item. Effect.
If you cannot complete the Cold War quest – use the Barbarian Outpost or Ape Atoll course until level 52. Again, we use another strange training method. This will require partial completion of the Cold War quest, up until the point of crafting your first Clockwork Suit.
Hefin Agility Course. The cathedral around which most of the course revolves. The Hefin Agility Course requires level 77 Agility (boosts do not work) and completion of Plague's End quest to access. At the end of every lap, two shortcuts have a chance of spawning on the course. The chance of them spawning is increased when the Voice of Seren is active, and both shortcuts may be active at the same time. They disappear as soon as another lap is completed, regardless of whether or not they were used during that lap.
