Who owns Bluff Point Golf Course?

Bluff Point Golf Club and Resort is under new ownership. Paul Dame now owns the course, doing business as Bluff Point Golf LLC. He acquired the course from a company owned by his father, David Dame, in April.

When was Bluff Point built?

Dame said the original course was built in 1890. It was built by the D&H Railroad, the company that also built the Champlain Hotel on the present site of Clinton Community College.

I know Macy Gray visited the park after she became famous. I was working at the Giant Wheel at the time and a crew member working on Schwabinchen called over and said "Guess who just rode the ride". Later I could see here entourage heading over to Wicked Twister.

Drew Carey loves CP and frequents the park A few times a season. In '02 his entourage rode the go-karts. I kicked off one of his posse for reckless driving. Drew seemed very nice!

yes JPS, i was there the day tony stewart was there. it was july 18th or 19th. i got off millenium an was walkin down the exit ramp an i saw somebody that looked like him ( i had a doubletake) an it was him an i walked like less that 2 feet away from him.

Wasnt Donyell Marshall at the point this season doing the 3 point shoot out. Not sure if thats how his name is spelled.

I also was working when Macy gray was in the park, she went on raptor, but I was on break. This was in 2000. Later that summer Brittany Snow came through my line (this was when she was on Guiding light and I think 17 years old lol) for those of you who don't know her, she was just in Hairspray.
