How do I upload a course to CE Broker?

How to upload a certificate:
  1. Log in to your CE Broker account.
  2. Scroll down to view your Course History.
  3. To the far right of every course, you will see three dots: “...”
  4. Click on the dots next to any course and select Add Attachments.
  5. A small window will pop up and prompt you to attach your course completion certificate.

Educational Providers

Most states require board-approved educational providers to report successful course completions within 30 days. However, many providers will report those courses within a week or two.

Licensees

As a licensee, if you have time constraints or the educational provider does not report to CE Broker, you can always self-report your continuing education .

Report Course Completions

To accommodate the large variety of educational providers using CE Broker, a wide range of methods is available to report course completions. Options include direct online entry, file uploads, and system-to-system interfaces.

Educational Provider Issuing Credits

When completed course credit is posted, employees and subscribing licensees will be notified via Message box (and email if requested) of the educational provider's name, the course name, and the date completed.

Do you need to report continuing education?

No, Board-approved educational providers are required to report. There is no need for a licensee to report when the educational provider is required to report. Avoiding duplicate continuing education entries is important for the Department to be able to rely upon the system for electronic continuing education audits.

Can you get partial credit for a 4 hour course?

Your Board accepts partial course completion credit, for example, 2 hours out of a total 4 hour course. You may receive credit if allowed by your educational provider. When your approved educational provider submits partial credit, it will post to your continuing education records as applicable.

Is ARNP provisional continuing education?
