Using either Chrome or Firefox, sign onto 25Live using your TU username and password. All users are placed into the student permissions group upon initial log in. Faculty and staff, send an e-mail message to [email protected] to have your account moved into the appropriate access group.
Once logged in, you will be taken to your 25Live Dashboard. The homepage within 25Live is known as your Dashboard. The Dashboard is where you can view tasks, starred locations, events, or searches.

Located on the top right of 25Live, the Navigation Bar can be used to access “25Live Pro”, “Event Form”, “Go to Search”, and “Recently Viewed” buttons. Each of these buttons has a specific function outlined below.
Located at the bottom of the 25Live Dashboard, the “Create an Event” button works the same way as the Event Form button in the Navigation Bar. This button opens a new, untitled Event Form that you can use to request any meeting or event space that is non-academic.
The Find Available Locations section acts as a shortcut to filling out your non-academic event form. After you complete the fields in this section you are redirected to the event form to complete the remaining fields.
