Support groups for BCBAs or human service employees?

Hello! I am a little over 2 months into my very first BCBA job and oh man, it's tough. The hours, the responsibility, and the imposter syndrome are all getting to me. I have a hard time explaining it to the people around me because my partner doesn't work in the field and all other BCBAs at my center are older than me.

Anyone whose been a teacher or worked in the school setting? Any chance I could email you a few quick questions for a class assignment?

I am an RBT pursuing my BCBA however I work in a home setting and do not have any contacts with people working within the school setting :/ I would greatly appreciate this 😊😊

Hour tracking

For the unique documentation, can I just basically copy the BACB one or does it have to be completely unique? I started my first ABA class in January and haven't logged any of my hours yet 😬
