Live Seminars

The American Society of Tax Problem Solvers is best known for its world class live education. ASTPS travels the country instructing practitioners on how to confidently represent taxpayers to the IRS.

Webinars

ASTPS provides at least 12 one-hour tax problem resolution webinars to members live every year. These webinars are eligible for 1 hour of CPE/CLE credit. Members also have access to the webinar archive and can view all past webinars.

How long is the AVSEC course?

This seven-day course is designed for personnel involved in the development, management and/or instruction of training materials related to a national civil aviation security training programme. Those who participate in this course will be well versed in the general application of training principles, the preparation of appropriate teaching aids and the tailoring of course material to harmonize course objectives with local and national requirements. It is advisable that nominees have a foundation of AVSEC knowledge and exposure to AVSEC training material prior to attending this course.

How long is the airport security course?

This seven-day course is designed to enable participants at the managerial level to plan, coordinate and implement the application of airport security preventive measures in accordance with approved national and airport security programmes. Participants should have already attended a specialized aviation security training activity, such as the National Civil Aviation Security Programme Workshop, Airport Security Programme Workshop, and/or airport security regulatory experience prior to attending this training event.

How long does an ASTPS membership last?

All ASTPS memberships last for 12 months, with standard and a premium membership levels available.

Does ASTPS offer associate membership?

For individuals who do not have one the above designations, ASTPS also offers an Associate Membership for non-licensed agents.
